WHAT WE ACHIEVED
OBJECTIVE
Cinnamon Group tasked us with the brand development and marketing for the opening of a new high-end Italian restaurant and speakeasy at Avenue K, a mall not typically known for high-end clientele, and with less overall foot traffic than other malls in its vicinity.
STRATEGY
To cater to our client's deep admiration for Frank Sinatra, we developed a captivating narrative featuring Natalina (Sinatra's mother) and Frank (Sinatra's namesake) as a dynamic mother-son duo. Our initial focus was on creating exceptional content. We launched compelling social media video campaigns that showcased the culinary talents of Chef Diego Reali and his renowned chef mother in Rome, Natalina.
RESULTS
Sales Increase
Average sales increased 5x in the last six months compared to the first six months.
Significant footfall increase on Avenue K's third floor, with queues forming outside the restaurant.
Footfall Increase
Estimated at least 100k annual increase based on number of diners at Natalina.
Overall Footfall
Natalina's success increased brand value for Cinnamon Group, leading to requests for restaurant openings at other venues.
